A charismatic predator is rising from the shadows to reclaim what she built. Her operatives are already closing in.
When the angel falls silent, where do you turn?
Two brothers. A dark inheritance. A nationwide conspiracy.
Faith says they were loved into existence. Science says they were manufactured. The enemy says they belong to him.
Not everyone will survive the truth.
Ipsum Esse is the eighth book in The Unfallen, a fast-paced Christian supernatural thriller series where spiritual warfare meets edge-of-your-seat suspense. Ancient evil. Campus conspiracies. Brothers forged in fire and bound by something stronger than genetics. If you love Frank Peretti's This Present Darkness, the theological depth of Ted Dekker, or the relentless pacing of Lynette Eason and Colleen Coble, Landon Walker's story will keep you turning pages long past midnight. The X-Files meets The Chosen.

Best Christian series I've ever read!

Landon and Caleb the newly found brothers are going in search of their father, following hints they have been given, and not knowing what they will find when they get there. Their father was a geneticist, who had tampered with them prior to their birth, believing he could make them stronger by binding them to the spiritual realm. What they find is an old man who serves them tea, and wants to offer an explanation of why he had used them like lab rats, and then discarded them. They had been separated at birth, and fostered with different families, bouncing from one home to another. What they end up discovering once they listen to their father is even more horrifying, thinking their mother had been murdered, all for the sake of research, which turned them into just mere subjects. Obviously this being a christian series it is full of prayers, angels and demons, and so much faith which is what kept them going even in the face of so much threat and danger to their very lives. I loved the ending to this book which could have easily been an ending to the series, but as it isn't I look forward to the next book.
