Just finished the 2nd book and can't wait to start the third... Very real mixture of reality and supernatural.
I've just completed the first 2 books in this series and as a Bible teacher and an author, I can say with authority that these books are grounded in truth and are simply amazing.
I'm reading along, a story with demons and good guys and impossible situations when BAM! ail of a sudden a deep Bibical truth cracks my heart open and reminds me of the sufficiency of Christ! A few of these scenes might as well have come straight from my life (NOT saying I'm an angel) but things I know I've been placed on this earth to do...are right in front of me.
Thanks so much to Judah Lamb (LOVE the nom de plume) for sharing the gospel in this very unique way.
It is intriguing, inspiring, faith renewing, a great reminder of Who's we are and our purpose in life and all in all, just a great story to spend time on, not a waste as some books can be.
HIGHLY recommend this series, even though I just started the third book, I can't think of a way this authors writing could disappoint. If I could give it 10 **, I would.
I've been reading these out loud to my husband. We are enjoying the twists and turns. Seeing the lures of the enemy, so subtle yet strong. I believe spiritual warfare is very serious. This oa not just entertainment for me. I wish there was more to teach young people how to submit to God, resist the devil and then see how he must flee.
I just got it, so I haven't read it yet. But the first book was awesome. That's the whole reason I got this one! I look forward to reading it!
This second book in the series kept me up past midnight trying to find out the secrets to Landon’s past!! It is definitely a page turner and well written with biblical verses interspersed throughout the story. Looking forward to the next thrilling book as the author does not disappoint in keeping our interest in wanting more!
